Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral + Salt Therapy

50 minutes, $110

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light manual therapy used to release restrictions in the central nervous system. The therapist tunes into the body’s craniosacral rhythm (the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid). A gentle touch is used on the cranium, spine, and sacrum to release restrictions, resolve tension patterns, and increase fascial movement. CST is performed fully clothed on a massage table. CST is deeply relaxing and restorative and enhances the body’s natural vitality and ability to heal. CST has many health benefits including stress management (PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks), pain management, helps with migraines and headaches, TMJ disorder, management of autoimmune diseases, and many other conditions.

Craniosacral + Nervous System Tuning

90 minutes, $160

This deeply restorative session combines Craniosacral Therapy with the use of weighted tuning forks along the spine and head. The silent weighted tuning forks create a vibration that, once placed on the body, moves cerebrospinal fluid, lymph, blood flow and stagnant energy allowing the nervous system to flow more freely and optimally. Combined with hands on craniosacral therapy, which releases physical restrictions within the fascia, this session is extremely relaxing and can provide somatic releases bringing the body mind and spirit into alignment. Very effective for PTSD, anxiety, grief, pain, migraines, TMJ, autoimmune issues and many others. Includes Salt Therapy.

Allison Smith, Certified Craniosacral Therapist

Hi, I’m Allison, and I am a certified Craniosacral Therapist, certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Licensed Practical Nurse, and sound healer with over 30 years of experience in health and wellness.

I began my journey with sound in 1993 when a personal tragedy led me to a meditation session with Tibetan bowls. While focusing on the sound, my mind found a still point. The sound and frequencies disrupted my grief, bringing my awareness inward and to the present. The sadness, despair, and grief were distilled in that moment, and so began my affinity with using sound as vibrational medicine.
