Main Cave Salt Therapy Sessions

Those who visit the main cave are required to do nothing more than sit back, relax in one of our anti-gravity chairs, and breathe normally. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the session time in order to ensure timely start. Those who arrive late will be required to reschedule in order to avoid disruption of the meditative session for others. Twelve people may enjoy a salt therapy session at one time, and each session lasts 45 minutes unless otherwise stated. Every session begins on the hour, every hour, and guests should wear comfortable clothing, including a clean pair of socks, into the cave. The cave is kept at a cool 70-74 degrees in order to protect the salt in a climate similar to natural salt caves. Each guest will receive a clean blanket to use during their session. Please note that although we DO have cubbies for your personal belongings, we do NOT provide lockers. We also ask that clients not bring oversized bags into the cave as space is limited. No food or drink is ever allowed in the cave. Cell phones and other electronics are also prohibited, and guests are reminded that each session is a quiet session. Please save conversation for the waiting area as other guests may be enjoying meditation sessions.

Children’s Cave Salt Therapy Sessions

Every child under age 12 is required to have a guardian, free of charge, attend the salt therapy session with them in the children’s cave, which also doubles as the private session treatment cave during other sessions. Toys will be provided and food/drinks are prohibited. Each session begins on the hour every hour and lasts 45 minutes at a time. Guests should wear comfortable clothing, including a clean pair of socks, into each cave session. The cave is kept at a cool 70-74 degrees, so it is recommended to bring an extra layer of clothing if necessary. Guests are also asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session in order to ensure a timely start.
