Bringing Halotherapy (Salt Therapy) to Wilmington, NC
Native Salt Cave & Wellness is excited to bring this incredible healing to people in need of its amazing benefits. We provide our customers with a relaxing, rejuvenating atmosphere that leaves them feeling better and healthier overall.
Our Halotherapy sessions take place inside of a man-made, beautifully constructed Himalayan salt cave that was designed and built by premiere Polish salt cave specialist Dr. Margaret Smiechowski, North America's foremost expert in Himalayan salt with thirty years of experience building caves in the United States alone.
Many people, young and old, reap benefits from the caves, including improvements in a variety of respiratory conditions, skin conditions, stress relief and overall health. By simply relaxing during a 45 minute session in an anti-gravity chair, customers will be inhaling pharmaceutical grade salt that is circulated throughout the cave.
Our Story
My name is Andrea, and I am a licensed holistic health practitioner (CA) and massage therapist (NY&CA). My husband Morgan and I are always looking for natural, alternative solutions to common issues that are accessible, effective, safe, and powerful, yet gentle enough to use on our son, Maximus.
As a massage therapist at the Montauk Salt Cave on Long Island, it didn’t take long to recognize the therapeutic healing effects that people, young and old, were benefiting in their own way at the cave. People felt better while experiencing something fun, yet relaxing and beautiful. It’s something that everyone can do and the results are so widespread that each person benefits in their own unique way. Morgan and I have even brought Maximus to successfully treat his allergies since he was a newborn!
We like feeling good. Our family likes feeling good. Being healthy makes us happy, and being happy is what matters. We want more natural options and less doctors and medications. We want healthy kids, healthy parents, a healthy family, and a healthy community. We know that you do too. We are salty, and you should be too!
