Join us for another powerful evening of community connection, emotional grounding, and heart-centered healing. Our Community Healing Circle with Roger Lockshier returns this December, bringing us together in support of one another — and in support of local families in need.

This event is offered by donation, and we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items for our holiday food drive. Every contribution helps, and your presence alone makes a difference.

We will explore a few different mantra meditation techniques.

You will experience a guided meditation while listening to transcendental sound vibration, meditation with beads, and Kirtan.

Learn about what year we are moving into energetically and numerically and what it means for our collective consciousness and for your personal world. Before ceremony it could feel good to to refrain from substance use (alcohol, marijuana, coffee) as well as focusing on eating a bit lighter, fasting 1-2 hours before ceremony is also recommended. All to help enhance your ability to connect with Mama Cacao without anything else getting in the way or weighing down the body.
