Sure, it’s a term thats usually used when teaching kids about proper food nutrition, but adults can obviously benefit from the phrase as well. If you eat different (natural) colors as a variety in fruits and vegetables, you’ll be providing your body with an array of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants to thoroughly heal your body from he inside out. It’s all about diversity! So skip the BS fake food that most likely has zero nutritional content and reach for strawberries, oranges, summer squash, avocado, blueberries, eggplant, cauliflower and all of their pretty little friends on a daily basis. You will be strong and healthy, feel amazing, and be practicing a life of wellness.
